Description
XP SERIES These multi-lip sealed, outboard bearing pumps are designed exclusively for hazardous environments involving dangerous chemicals or the risk of thermal explosions from high friction and heat. In order to minimize these risks, these pumps incorporate: high performance outboard bearings, Buna-N lip seals to minimize friction and heat, long-lasting Buna-N rubber gears to minimize delamination or with optional helical steel gears for more demanding chemical/temperature applications.

Back To Top- When pumping explosive materials, the maximum operating temperature and pressure of XP Series pumps must not exceed those recommended by the explosives manufacturer.
- Pumps approximately 50% more flow volume than the 2” port size model 2400.
- This 3” port size pump is highly recommended for applications involving potentially hazardous materials like bulk blasting explosives.
- Typically, these pumps move emulsion explosives in plants and through explosive handling vehicles and equipment in the coal mining, quarrying, metal mining and civil construction industries.
